The Aquaturbo® FB foam breaker is designed to suck up and break the foams that form on the surface of the tanks and allows to improve the deterioration that these produce in the biological process.
In high-load biological treatment reactors for grease and thermophilic reactors.
In classical biological reactors where aeration produces foams in large quantities.

The foam is sucked into the volute by the action of a submersible mixer provided with a Screwpeller®.
The air is separated from the foam and expelled to the outside through an internal tube and the liquid is injected back into the tank through the lower part of the volute.
A series of floats keep the Aquaturbo® FB on the surface regardless of level variations.
IP 68 submersible motor for aggressive environments.
Manufacturing range between 1.5kw and 15kw covering most common cases.
Made of AISI 304 or AISI 316 stainless steel.
Different floatation options and for tanks with constant water level it can be designed without floats for fixed bridge mounting.
