DESCRIPTION
The POLIBASIC ARP DC and ARE DC preparers are units designed for the automated and continuous preparation of reagent solution from powder or liquid.
APPLICATIONS
Treatment of drinking water and industrial process.
Wastewater treatment, specifically in physical-chemical treatments.
Sludge treatment, to improve the performance of centrifuges and press filters.
Industrial processes in paper mills, chemical industry, petrochemical industry, mineral treatment, etc.
OPERATION
ARP DC VERSION – FOR POWDER REAGENTS
The preparer model POLIBASIC ARP DC is a unit designed for an automatic and continuous preparation of reagent solution from powder reagent and water.
It consists of a double chamber stirred tank, a volumetric dispenser for powdered reagent, an inlet water collector, and a control panel.
The dilution water reaches the tank through the automated water collector.
The powder reagent, stored in the hopper of the dispenser, is extracted by means of a special screw and discharged into the injection nozzle of the water inlet manifold.
The mixture obtained falls by gravity into the stirred tank with a double vertical chamber.
The volume and continuous action of the double helix stirrer, one in each chamber, guarantees a homogeneous mix and adequate retention time for a good dilution.
The electrical control and command panel is in charge of making the entire system work automatically,
ensuring a correct dosing and preparation.
ARE DC VERSION – FOR LIQUID REAGENTS
The preparer model POLIBASIC ARE DC has a similar operation, but it is designed to function with liquid reagents.
In this case, the powder dispenser is replaced by a special pump for the liquid reagents.
CONSTRUCTIVE CHARACTERISTICS
Automatic water supply system formed by isolating valve, filter, pressure switch, pressure gauge, pressure reducer, solenoid valve, regulating valve, pulse emitter flowmeter, and dispersion nozzle.
Tanks made entirely of polypropylene PPH.
The tanks have two horizontally separated compartments that are agitated by a double propeller agitator.
Optimized design propellers for a homogeneous mix, made of AISI 316 stainless steel.
Volumetric doser built from the material of the tank and provided with dosing screws of distinctive design.
Electrical panel for protection and control, with manual selectors, prepared for manual or automatic operation, equipped with emergency stop and wiring to all the elements of the equipment.
Heating resistance and methacrylate peephole in dust discharge tube.
Inductive level sensor for high, low, very low and very high level, with warning signal.
OPTIONAL ELEMENTS

– Minimum level sensor in the hopper of the powder dispenser or liquid tank.
