The POLISIEVE TTR rotary drum micro sieve is an equipment for liquid filtration for clearances between 40 and 100 microns, with 60 microns being the standard.

The liquid to filter can arrive by gravity or pumped, the equipment is designed for both situations.
The dirty liquid enters the sieve and is evenly distributed inside the filter drum. Solid particles are retained on the inner surface and cause the water level inside to rise.
When the established level is reached, the drum rotates and leads the retained solids to the sprinkler cleaning system, which separates them and deposits them on the solids collection collector for their exit by gravity. The liquid that passes through the filter mesh is led to the outlet.
To feed the sprinkler cleaning system, the same water is used once it is filtered, so there is no extra consumption of water for cleaning.
Body: It is made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel of strong mechanical-welded construction, it is provided with a distribution box for the liquid to be filtered with an inlet connection, a receiver tank for the filtered liquid with an outlet, an anchoring base and sealing elements.
A hinged top cover allows access to major components.
Filtering drum: It is made entirely of stainless steel and designed to form a reticular structure of high rigidity, resistance and uniformity that is the basis for the support of the filtering mesh.
Filtering mesh: Made of special polyester fabric, it has its own structure for easy handling. They are manufactured in 40-, 60- and 100-micron clearances, with 60 microns being the standard and the rest on request.
Motorization: It is provided with a direct drive reduction motor with protection systems and accessories necessary for proper operation.
Washing system: Made up of a high-pressure pump and a hose system for the hydraulic connection to the sieve.
