The preparer model POLIBASIC ARP DC is a unit designed for an automatic and continuous preparation of reagent solution from powder reagent and water.<\/p>\n
It consists of a double chamber stirred tank, a volumetric dispenser for powdered reagent, an inlet water collector, and a control panel.<\/p>\n
The dilution water reaches the tank through the automated water collector.<\/p>\n
The powder reagent, stored in the hopper of the dispenser, is extracted by means of a special screw and discharged into the injection nozzle of the water inlet manifold.<\/p>\n
The mixture obtained falls by gravity into the stirred tank with a double vertical chamber.<\/p>\n
The volume and continuous action of the double helix stirrer, one in each chamber, guarantees a homogeneous mix and adequate retention time for a good dilution.<\/p>\n
The electrical control and command panel is in charge of making the entire system work automatically,
ensuring a correct dosing and preparation.<\/p>\n
